Try DrWhiten for a full 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't the gentle whitening you were hoping for — or if you simply don't love it — we'll refund you in full. Used, half-used or never opened. You don't owe us a reason, and you don't need to send the product back.

What we need from you

Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
That's it. No return authorisation, no photos, no explanation required.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval.
The $4.99 shipping charge is refunded when something went wrong with your order (damaged, incorrect, or never delivered). For change-of-mind refunds under the Smile Guarantee, the original shipping charge is not refunded.

Damaged, incorrect or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, is filled incorrectly, or never shows up, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund including shipping, your choice. A photo helps us fix it faster, but it isn't required.

Where this applies

This guarantee covers orders placed directly on drwhiten.com.
Orders bought through other retailers — Amazon, TikTok Shop or any stockist — are handled by that retailer's own return policy. Contact them first, and we'll help where we can.

Good faith, both ways

We offer this guarantee in good faith and ask that it be used in good faith. We may limit or decline requests that show clear signs of abuse — for example, repeated claims against the same order, or orders placed for resale.
