Shipping & Refund Policy

DrWhiten products are sold through our TikTok Shop. Orders placed there are fulfilled, shipped and refunded under TikTok Shop's own policies, which are shown at checkout. This page describes the service standard we hold ourselves to.

Shipping

• Standard shipping: $4.99 within the United States.
• Free shipping: on US orders over $25 — that's two tubes.
• Delivery time: most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
• Orders placed on TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop's delivery estimates and tracking.

Returns & refunds

30 days, no questions asked. Use the whole tube if you want to. If DrWhiten isn't the gentle whitening you were hoping for, tell us and we'll refund you in full — used, half-used, or never opened.

• You don't need to give a reason.
• You don't need to send the product back.
• All we need is your order number.

For orders placed on TikTok Shop, refunds are processed through TikTok Shop's returns system. If anything is unclear, email us and we'll walk you through it.

Damaged or incorrect items

If a product arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it — your choice.
